  Absolutely. The moment your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow the journey.

• Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or ocean?

  Yes. Our jewelry is designed to be life-proof.

  You can wear it in the shower, the ocean, or the pool without worry. We use premium Stainless Steel with an advanced PVD coating that creates a barrier against water, sweat, and heat. It will not turn your skin green.

• What makes the Gold Plating durable?

  We don't use standard plating. We use PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) 18K Gold or Silver.

  This vacuum-coating process is up to 10x more durable than traditional gold plating. It resists fading, tarnishing, and scratching, ensuring your pieces look new for years, not weeks.

• Tell me about the Lifetime Color Warranty.

  We are so confident in our PVD technology that we offer a Lifetime Color Warranty on all metal finishes. If the color ever fades, we will replace it.

  Additionally, all designs come with a standard 10-Year Product Warranty against manufacturing defects.

• What is your return policy?

  We want you to love your Coluri pieces. If you don't, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange, or credit note.

  Items must be unworn and in original condition (for watches, please keep the plastic stoppers/films intact). Just email us for instructions.

• What materials are used in Coluri watches?

  We use the same high standards for our watches as our jewelry:

  • Glass: Sapphire Crystal (scratch-resistant).
  • Case: 316L Stainless Steel.
  • Water Resistance: 5 ATM (Splash/Rain/Shower resistant).
  • Movement: Premium Quartz movements for precision.
