30-DAY MONEY-BACK PROMISE

• What is your returns policy?

  If your order isn’t perfect, we’ll make it right. Return within 30 days for an exchange, credit note or full refund.

  Items must be unused and in original condition. For watches, the security tags, plastic stopper and dial films must remain intact.

  Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed faulty (we’ll credit your shipping in that case). Please use a tracked service and share the tracking details with support@coluri.com.
